Unlike the government’s ‘National Living Wage’, which is based on median earnings, our rate aligns with the independently calculated Real Living Wage. Set by the Living Wage Foundation, this rate reflects the true cost of living across the UK and London, ensuring our employees are better supported in meeting everyday expenses.
