Scope
To assess the Universal Saddle system as manufactured by Fernco Group.
Description
The Saddle is applicable to installing 150 mm nominal bore lateral connections, which may be plastic, clay or iron pipes, into gravity main sewer 700 mm diameter or larger which may be concrete, structured wall plastic pipes, Weholite High-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipes (up to 3000 mm in diameter) and the Ridgistorm XL Pipe System (Ridgistorm XL saddle) up to 2100 mm in diameter.
The Universal Saddle is not applicable for use on pipe diameters below 700 mm.
